Movement Constraints
Unlike typical platformers, this game removes the ability to change direction mid-air. Players must commit to a trajectory before jumping. Dashes provide a brief burst of speed and a slight course correction, but timing is everything. This limitation transforms simple navigation into a series of small puzzles, where each leap requires forethought.
Cavern Obstacles
The underground environment is filled with spikes, pits, and moving hazards. These obstacles are arranged in patterns that players must learn and anticipate. A single misstep sends the frog back to the last checkpoint, encouraging careful observation and memorization of trap sequences.
Checkpoint System
Progress is saved at designated checkpoints scattered throughout the cavern. Reaching a new checkpoint secures all progress up to that point. However, any mistake after that point resets the frog to the most recent checkpoint. This system creates a clear sense of progression while maintaining a challenge.
Controls and Accessibility
The game uses simple mouse or touch controls, making it easy to pick up. Players click or tap to make the frog jump, and can perform dashes with a swipe or additional click. The interface is minimal, keeping focus on the action. A full-screen option is available for a more immersive experience.
Browser-Based Play
No installation is required. The game runs directly in a web browser on both desktop and mobile devices. This makes it accessible to anyone with an internet connection. The responsive design ensures controls work well on touchscreens and with a mouse.
